Working with Us
Why should we hire you?
Because we have a different approach for helping smaller manufacturers generate sales-ready leads. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with you based on mutual trust and respect. We also want to make your work life easier, remove marketing-related stress, and save you money over the long term.
Do you have experience in our industry?
The better question is, “Can you create content about our process, products, etc. — that’s professionally written/designed for a technical audience?” YES, absolutely.
Dianna Huff has worked with dozens of B2B and manufacturing companies, large and small, throughout her career. She’s also toured over 100 manufacturing facilities. Chances are, she’ll understand what you do and how you do it. If not, she’s a fast learner.
In addition, Rachel Cunliffe has a Masters degree in Statistics and provides great insight with regard to data. Both she and our developer Stephen Merriman provide amazing solutions to every day website challenges.
Our website isn’t in WordPress. Can you still make the changes needed to help us get leads?
Unfortunately, we cannot. DIY and legacy platforms (which are often no longer supported) don’t allow us the freedom to make the changes necessary to help you meet your lead conversion goals.
Our website is built in WordPress using a website builder plugin. Can you work with those?
It depends. We’d have to take a look at your backend to see which plugin was used and how the website was built. Usually, we see lots of red flags and error messages, which we don’t want to take on. If this is the case with your website, we’ll recommend you contact the person or agency who built it. Or, you can talk with us about creating a flawless custom-built website.
Do you have the bandwidth to take us on?
YES. As stated on Our Values page, we work exclusively with smaller industrial manufacturers; we’re also dedicated to providing a high-touch, super-responsive customer experience. If we believe we’re not a good fit for you, we’ll let you know.
Do you work with companies that compete against us?
NO. If we’re approached by a company that offers services or products similar to yours, we’ll ask you first if it’s ok to proceed with a conversation.
How does billing work?
Contracts run for 12 months. A 60-day notice is required to end the contract should your needs change.
All work is billed the first of the month, due Net 10. You can pay by check, ACH, or credit card. We prefer check or ACH.
Will you sign an NDA?
YES. Simply send one via email.
