Project Management

Leave the details to us

Creating a new website involves countless details and requires significant time and energy. That’s why these projects often get placed on the back burner — sometimes for years.

We manage the entire project, ensuring everything stays on track for a flawless website build — so you can focus on your business without worrying about the details.

Photographs show your work and attention to detail in ways words cannot. That’s why we highly recommend professional photography to showcase your facility, people, and the things you make. As part of our Project Management process, we work with Al Ferreira (or your chosen photographer).

“I called the people listed on your website. They all said the same thing: ‘Hire these ladies. They’re amazing.'”

A few of the (many) things we take care of for you

  • Ensure your messaging is communicated across the entire website build: Design, photos, images, copy, calls-to-action, etc.
  • Review and refine all feedback relating to copy and design.
  • Make real-time edits to copy and design as needed.
  • Keep the project milestones on schedule.
  • Answer questions on all aspects of the project — technical support, marketing, SEO, design, and more — with prompt responses via video call, phone, or email.
  • Work with Al Ferreira (or your chosen photographer) to create a shot list that aligns with your key messages, attend and supervise the shoot, and oversee the photo editing.
  • Select and order web fonts, stock photos, and other assets.

Collaboration & Fresh Perspectives

Rachel and I (Dianna Huff) have collaborated since 2010. We strive to continually improve our work by being open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.

True confessions:

  • Rachel Cunliffe is based in New Zealand. I’m in New Hampshire.
  • Rachel runs her own business, designing gorgeous blogs for some of the world’s top food bloggers. I come from a working-class manufacturing background and put myself through college sewing sails.
  • Rachel is a data scientist and has a sharp visual eye. I’m a writer and observe everything. We’re both voracious readers.
  • We share a love for food and the outdoors. Rachel and her family visit Hawaii yearly, and she’s been to NH several times. I’ve been to New Zealand once; my dog Rocky and I, however, know everyone by name in the neighborhood.
  • Rachel, Stephen Merriman, Al Ferreira (our photographer), and I are perfectionists. Together, we make amazing websites.

We meet regularly via Zoom to discuss current website projects and ongoing client work. We talk through challenges, brainstorm solutions, and make changes on the fly.

They say constraints fuel success, and though we’re 9,000 miles apart, we do fantastic work. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved — both as friends and as professionals.

If this is the kind of relationship you want with your marketing team, let’s talk.
