One of our goals, when creating a Custom Build Website for a customer, is to ensure the WordPress backend is very clean and easy to use.
And too, one reason people want a new website is because their existing one is difficult to use or limits them in what can be accomplished.
One way we meet this goal is by providing a User Guide once the website is completed.
The User Guide, written by our developer, Stephen Merriman, contains everything a person needs to know on how to add pages, images, etc. to the website — as well as how to use the special features and other functions that we create.
We absolutely LOVE IT when a customer takes the User Guide and begins making tweaks or other changes right after go-live!
(Customers often make changes days and weeks after go-live based on feedback from the entire team or because they want to continue to add new product variations, different images, etc.)
Of course, if you don’t want to do this work, we can do it for you. But, the whole point of WordPress is to empower you and make it easy to create or change content.
If you’re considering redesigning your website, view our Custom Build Website service pages to learn how we can help you.
